Spring Court is Singapore’s oldest Chinese restaurant, founded in 1929 by self-taught chef Ho Loke Yee. Once known as Wing Choon Yuen, the restaurant has witnessed countless celebrations through generations. Now in its fourth generation, Spring Court continues to serve authentic Singaporean Chinese cuisine in the heart of Chinatown.
